Joshua Phillips, ND is a board-certified naturopathic physican licensed by the state of Oregon as a primary care physician.  His healthcare practice is run in a family oriented clinic, Healing Heart Natural Health Center, LLP in partnership with his wife Chelsea, a licensed Acupuncturist. 

A father of two children, Dr. Phillips is passionate about the gentle and holistic care of children, as well as the education of families to make lifestyle choices that inspire vitality and wellness.   He believes that health and well-being are our birthrights, and when we nurture ourselves and families physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually, we thrive.

Prior to beginning his private practice in Bend, OR, Dr. Phillips attended the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, an accredited 4 year graduate medical program in Portland, OR.  Here he received one of the best medical educations available, and a comprehensive academic and clinical training.
